Eyes on Art

Posted: March 30, 2011 in Art I, Contests & Shows, Figure Drawing

Our Art I and II classes have been practicing Figure Drawing since the week before Spring Break and recently we’ve begun to study the proportions of the face as well as the body.  Every student created a colorful drawing of an eye using cardstock and oil pastels for the Triarco “Keep Your Eye on the Arts” contest.  Here’s to hoping – 1st, 2nd and 3rd place each get $100, $75 and $50!  I have a good feeling – we have some stunning pieces!
