Four Value Paintings

During our study of the element of value, we used Photoshop to simplify chosen images down to four separate values.  Students then used the grid method to draw their images enlarged onto white paper.  The students drew the separate values, mixed their own tempera paints and then painted their images.  Here are some great examples.
